Willow Creek Inn has been written about in SouthPark Magazine, The Lincolnton Times and more recently on the internet by bloggers and online food critics.  We have selected some of our favorites and we hope you enjoy about food and the people who love it.

“On a recent excursion to the Willow Creek Inn in Vale, an eatery located 45 miles outside of Charlotte, my husband was hungry and therefore not convinced. Midway through the second course of our five-course feast, however, he predicted our meal at the Willow Creek Inn would be the best he’d ever had in his life.”  by Lee Rhodes

“The double stuffed baked potato was so flavorful and perfectly spiced.  It was mixed with sauteed onion and bacon and crowned with a golden heap of cheddar cheese.  The glazed carrots were baby carrots that were so buttery sweet, you felt like you were eating candy.  Everything worked in perfect harmony.  Savory steak, starchy potato and sweet carrots.  Repeat.”  by Bare Naked Chef

“This restaurant has been on my wishlist almost from the very beginning when I joined Urbanspoon. Had trouble talking my wife in driving out to what she describes as the “middle of no-where” but now that she’s been, she can’t wait to go again. I soon found out the answers to all of the questions I had. This is less of a Fine Dining Experience than it is a Private or Personal Chef Experience. Based on your choice of meat, Chef Mansour buys the finest cuts of meats that day for your order hence there is no menu.” by Bill Williams
